    Love that comic. Seems Crystal Rodimus and Black Rodimus merge into one to form the new MP Hot Rodimus.

    Also nice use of all the black G1 repaints.

    Is that a concept for Masterpiece RID 2001 Optimus Prime and Omega Prime? Or is it for the original toy?

    that is funny them using the black keyring repaints (with attached chain!) with a Tracks thrown in for good measure. Looks like some kind of shockwave experiment. would be curious to reread once a translation shows up

    According this his original bio, he was. But when he fought the original, they fell into this cave with this mysterious crystalline stuff. Dark Hot Rod turned good because his "evil heart implanted by Megatron was expunged", while Hot Rod became Crystal Rodimus (which is why he's halfway translucent in some of these panels.)

    So Rodimus Wars huh?

    Toy Rodimus and Black Toy Rodimus get captured by MP Shockwave, escape, then combine to become MP Rodimus, and proceed to slice up MP Shockwave. Then MP Rodimus is back on Earth telling Daniel about his adventures, while Unicron has been watching him the whole time.

    This is awesome.

    I couldn't agree more on both counts.
    I also wish those black chase minibots were attainable.

    Are there collections of the Generations and eHobby comics, possibly with English translations?
