Damn. If they're really cutting it short I hope that it actually has something resembling an ENDING....

Episode count as 19 is a strange number. I'm guessing it's 15 regular episodes and a 4-Part finale.

Huh. Seems Jeff Kline leaving might have seen the end of this series. Can't say I'm sad. It's probably best for whoever ends up in charge to start fresh. Hopefully we'll get actual stories this time.

Edit: Even if they only have 49 episodes plan, does that definitely mean they won't do more?

So, is it possible RID won't get a season 3? Aww, shame. :(

They could. But originally it was 78X22 instead of 45X22. Season 3 is dropped it seems.

That's unfortunate. I'd rather have RB get canceled and have RID continue.
Oh well, at least we got some good characters in RID...

I'm not surprised by this at all. This IS Cartoon Network, folks. They'll cancel any show they can if it's not popular enough.

    More like Transformers RIP.

Eh, I'm not bothered. This show felt like filler anyway.

I've also missed Megatron, Soundwave and the rest. Yeah, I know, we're supposed to be sick of him after 30 years, but I just don't think anyone else fills our bucketheaded conquering ham's shoes.

Not if it's popular, but if it isn't made by Cartoon Network Studios, it will get canned if there's another show they make or another studio pays to take over its death slot.

Ever since this was going to be aired on CN, I figured this would happen.

Oh well, there´s the Combiner Wars series on Machina to look forward to.

Aw, this is sad. I like the show, even with it's "villain of the week" format. That's not to say I wouldn't have preferred Prime to have continued rather than NuRID, but... *sigh*

On the upside, it looks like MLP is still chugging along nicely! Let's see more of the Power Ponies please Hasbro!

A new decepticon faction? oh, please no, they can't handle that.
I mean, under normal circumstances that would be nice enough, like the predacons in TF: Prime. But this is NuRID, where they couldn't keep the "in disguise" thing right there on the very title, being constantly discovered by humans and coming up with stupid excuses that everyone believed. So the bottom line is: don't make things overly complicated (specially if you can't handle them)

Also, this show somehow managed to have the autobots outnumbered by, like 3 to 1, and yet manage to invert those figures when it came to the toys. Yeah, Hasbro, make yet another Optimus Prime figure, no matter he is but an apparition for most of the show. It's not like we liked all the interesting new decepticons, like Nightstrike or Filch. No, by all means, treat us to yet another Bumblebee mold, because we didn't have enough of that one character.
To be clear, I really liked this toyline, there were several interesting figures. That's why it bothers me that practically no decepticons were made at all.

    Well, that was quick.

I hope the next show is less silly and a bit more mature. I couldn't stand Sideswipe and Grimlock was a little too over the top for me.

I hope the next line of toys step it up a notch too.

Sorry for those that liked it, but let's all hope for the best:)
