    These popped up at a few TRUs in VA and someone in the sightings forum admitted to buying a bunch online then returning them in store.

    Yeah, this happened at several Walmart and TRU stores, it was either people returning online orders or people ordering online with a "pick up in store" option and then never picked them up.

    Probably to sell here for a reasonable price to a fellow collector, instead of allowing the figure to fall into scalper hands.
