Wasn't it reported during the Breakfast display that the Hasbro team actual bought a G2 Superion to match the colors.

I like this, G2 Superion was my first Autobot combiner, but I don't know if its in the budget and where it would fit in my collection. I find it totally ironic that this was first shown the day I got the UW Superion in the mail.

its 50/50 if I get this.

Maybe he/she's not used to so much color on his TFs.

    :lol

To me it looks exactly the way it should.

I'm pretty sure someone missed the point of the product.

Why would Hasbro need to buy their own product?

Well shoot you've got a point there. I mean they were all chromed out, at the very least they should have some sort of metallic thing going on. I'm fine with out Powerglide looks but man you had to go and point it. Now I can't keep picturing him all chromed out in those colors. Horrible but excellent. :lol

No trust me he's supposed to be orange. Still have my original set from way back and he's orange. Just a case of badly photoshopped pics of the G1 Superion.

    Aye that they did.

I just checked mine. I'd say it is about 60% red and 40% orange. It appears red at a glance.

Is there a release date for him anywhere? I saw March '16 for Menasor but must have missed Superions.

Wait, no G2-style missile launchers for Silverbolt?

Think I'll stick with G1, thanks.

I know this is accurate and g2 has funky but interesting theme but that slingshot looks so out of place lols. Im interested but still not 100% sure ill buy it unlike the G2 menasor set.

Because they hands are slender and vaguely feminine and the boots are high-heeled and pointy-toed?

This pretty much. I do want them to use that sword again, though. It's pretty cool.

Even if there was a complete non-damaged one available at Hasbro's premises, maybe they had to acquire another one to send to the factory for color matching. (?)

There's a rumor about that when G1 Hound was being reissued, they had difficulty with the labels, and had to order a copy from Reprolabels for reference purposes.

Gang molding and/or Hasbro trying to creative incentives to buy that female combiner the name of which i can barely bring myself to type.

    ...

You realize Hasbro made the color scheme they chose for this giftset in 1994, right?

So, you're basically saying to Hasbro, that they aren't allowed to use neon ever, or rehash something from the nineties?

    This...is dumb reasoning.

Back on topic, I like this concept of getting them in a boxset and I like the colorscheme, unlike a certain person I responded to... I'm all in on it! And Menasor!

Pretty cool set, but lets just hope Hasbro won't homage it so close to point they will keep the GPS intact.:lol
