Takara's TAV14 Ultra magnus has just arrived at the retail store in Singapore today. We seldom see Takara figures in retails. Hence we are lucky to spot this release in one of the retails.
Long time since the last retail sighting of a Takara figure here. Last time was with the movie line last year I believe. For those wondering, Takashimaya is a partly Japanese retailer so they do carry these from time to time. I spy Legends Gelshark (Sky-Byte) there as well.
Yup. I do recall way back in '08..Japanese TFs were quite common at normal retail, not just Takashimaya but other major retailers as well. But something happened behind the scenes & now Taktomy TF products is mostly available from specialty toyshops.
Well that's nice. Wish North American retailers could sometimes have Takara products...but that's probably asking for too much.
