It's a shame that this line feels so... uninspired? The whole "everyone with articulation is deluxe or smaller" thing is getting boring.

 

"Gold" Grimlock looks mighty orange to me... REALLY wish they'd upscale this mold to Voyager. Grimmy deserves it.

 

Man, Grimlock looks underpainted. And orange. I was expecting him to look much nicer. Glad I wasn't planning on getting him anyway.

 

Gold Huh? Hasbros version of Gold isn't the same as mine I guess lol... Im to the point where I can get anymore let down or disappointed by Hasbro lately.

Bumblebee looks like shit, period.

 

Most predictable redcoes ever. At least Grimlock gets the new head sculpt the concept art showed.

Strange that the package art depicts the standard colours and Bee gets new art.

Anyone can provide closer views of the 2 new Legions, one is obviously another night Bumblebee and the other looks like Sideswipe but in white..

LMAO, Hasbro and their brand of "false advertisement'' at its finest. At least Takara fucking gives a shit/ bothers in giving their stuff collector-grade paint schemes AND make it look like they are PROUD of advertising their 'toys' to be placed in the sales market/ aisles of consumer stores..

These won't sell well, Hasbro.. go work out what Takara does and get a clue!

 

Gold Grimlock looks like knockoff Grimlock, and I actually lol'ed at those yellow unpainted wheels on Bumblebee.

These toys should retail for $1.

 

I like the Grimmy, Jazz I'm interested in, Optimus shouldn't be there, Bee is getting a horrible looking repaint (High Octane deco is tried and proven dammit), and there's still no cons. Still two good figures in the lot (still dunno bout swiper but I'm okay with him too)

 

As long as the arms are fixed, I'll pick up a Grimlock for my daughters. They don't obsess over the shades of colours the way I do.

Weirdly, as Hasbro have been killing in the CW line, I've not seen a single domestic RID toy that I haven't decided to wait for the Takara release. Guess they must have a different guy.

That said, really liking the look of him otherwise, especially the headscupt. If Takara do A+ version of this, he might just oust my Henkei Grimlock.

 

I was hoping for a gray Grimlock, 'cos I dislike the green ... but ugh, that burnt orange ...

Maybe I'll get it, if seen when on sale, like with Bumblebee.

from watching the show the only Decepticon I have any interest in is Filch, and so far doesn't look likely she'll get a toy.
