I sure hope that the faceplate is optional... I'd hate to see it left out.

Looks like she got Tracks's toy version gun as well. I'm also seeing a remolded crotch and more feminine thighs!

Bought on sight (of pre-order).

 

Looks real nice in proto grey, can't wait to see her in red. Too bad about the missing Face plate, but it's not like Tracks comes with one either so it's all good I guess.

I do like her gun being the toy version tho. I wonder if they do a Yellow version of this mold, which of the two (male or female) would they make it.

 

I just hope it won't get "sexy posed" like I always see girl tf toys on this site, those always make me cringe "thinks back to generations arcee and shudders"

Yes! Another diaclone to add to the collection. It looks like that Tabao source was spot on about MP-25 and MP-26. MP-27 is Ironhide if true. Crossing my fingers for an October release for MP-26 and a November release for MP-27, which will leave an opening during Christmas for MP-28.

This thing was expected and rumored to be MP-26, but I still had my fingers crossed it'd be Ironhide. Oh, well - come on MP-27 Ironhide! it's a bit of a bummer to me that the next consecutive MP is a redo of the previous mold.

They did a great job with her, though, btw. I won't be getting her, official G1 cartoon characters only here, but she looks very feminine.

 

Cool. So that's, what, 2-for-3 out of those Taobao preorders/heavily rumored MPs that have come true now?

That leaves Ironhide...

As for Road Rage:

- YAY Diaclone!
- The feminine face is somewhat unexpected, but a nice surprise. I do hope the toy faceplate face is an optional part, for those that'd like to replicate the toy. We'll see when more pics of the toy mag scans come out...

 

Exhaust and Road Rage get their own numbers as they're new characters which feature new tooling. Those have been the criteria since the soft relaunch of the MP line.

 

Yeah, with a faceplate I might bite.

I've been leaning away from getting Tracks because I've not cared for the head. I'd hoped this might be better. Based off what I see here it's not. But a faceplate might make all the difference if they offer it.

We'll see.

 

Doesn't make sense now that all the variants and new characters from the same mold are getting their own numbers. Had they done that from the beginning, I'd have expected it, but they haven't really.

Tigertracks, Silverstreak, Sunstorm & Acid Storm didn't get their own numbers, yet suddenly Exhaust does and not Road Rage... Doesn't make sense.

Unlike Bluestreak and a possible red Mirage, this is another Diaclone version I don't really have much use for, but, had I the money to, I'd probably buy Her. I'd like a Powered Convoy, but I can't shell out another $120 - $180 for another Magnus, nor do I have the room.
