Love the dialogue between Chromia and Ironhide.

 

I like how we're seeing Chromia talking about what she did and possibly showing signs of remorse about her actions. That may be a sign of her getting more character development.

Really? I cringed at the sight of Iron Hide on the second page. I thought Livio did well on RID 40 but here I'm not liking it.

 

Do you think I can do a better job? I like the first page very much. The second page is not so much. I didn't mind Ironhide and even the fact Chromia. The main problem with Livio work is that the characters appear stiff and inorganic artwise. I love the atmosphere that created during the clean up phase of Caminus. I mean with Chromia she has no expressions up close. You can not tell she feels any regret or happiness with this close up. I admit I enjoy the background and even the council chamber.

 

Critics and fans don't need to do a better job to recognise quality or lack of.

 

Lightbright looks cool. Heard she was from TFA and turned into a sub. Hoping to see more of her.

As for Chromia and Ironhide, I knew they were a couple in G1, and this looks to be heading in that direction... but of course there's the risk of the Combiner Wars fouling it up.

 

Ramondelli's art work is luckily starting to look a lot better this issue.

I'm like that Chromia is finally now starting to feel some sort of remorse for her action.

The point is. Penciling takes a lot of time and work. If you are really good at it you will combine the traditional and with the computer. If you want originality in the artwork you need to have good skill as penciler. Also you need to be good at adding this work to computers for finesse.

Speed is great not expense of quality of the drawing.

 

I actually think that Ramondelli's work here is stronger than in TF#40.

So far, the character-centric pieces are good.

 

Most of it is fine but when I first glanced at page three I thought that was Bumblebee and d@mn near dived out my chair backwards.

Close call....Sorry for even bringing him up. Looking forward to this issue.

 

I MIGHT be able to do a better job. Art's subjective. I'm trained in narrative art, I think I could at least be more clear in my storytelling.

My sentiments exactly. I was already happy to see them finally addressing Chromia's little "mishap", and on top of that it seems like Livio somehow got his act together after the horror show last issue. Definitely looking forward to next Wednesday...but then, I already was anyway, haha.

Starscreams complaints would be valid if starscream wasn't starscream and optimus wasn't optimus.

 

Am I the only one who thinks the red leader is Terrorsaur? Also, I'm dying to know what the yellow leader transforms into as I get a Constructicon vibe from her for some reason.
