Gotta give credit where credit is due. Giving it to Vince Dicola for now. He helped with the genesis of the franchise and created iconic sounds and themes.

I've finally decided on Steve Jablonsky. He's contributed countless pieces, most of which are epic, and fit with Transformers quite well.

I went with JAM Project but this one's actually quite close for me. Jablonsky and DiCola both made some amazing stuff. And heck I like Wierd Al and LP New Divide and prior.

Vince DiCola did one Transformers film (a classic of course), but only one. I voted for Steve Jablonsky because he has done all four of the modern day Transformers films and even if they aren't exactly the same level as the animated Movie. The music that this guy has produced for them has definitely cemented his place in the Hall of Fame (in my opinion).

Steve Jablonsky deserves this, and got my vote. His pieces are epic, and fit Transformers so well. Not knocking the other nominees, but he deserves it.

Again, a polite request to please consider Ford Kinder and Anne Bryant, creators of the Generation 1 theme music. When I say "more than meets the eye", your mind probably automatically jumps to the tune Anne Bryant composed - "dum-da-dum-da-dummmm"

Much of the TF music that came after built on the platform that Kinder & Bryant laid out... and let me remind you that they had to sue years later for unpaid royalties on the themes that we fans love so much. So let's give a little back to them, shall we?

    Thanks.

Vince Dicola for this year 100% hands down. Next year will feel more open for suggestions.

^This is worth reiterating. The number of variations of that theme we have had over the years easily trumps any other piece of music from the franchise, and the creators deserve credit for that.

As much as I love me some Weird Al Yankovic weirdness, DiCola created iconic pieces for the franchise.

Their theme song even appeared in DOTM as a tune coming from the broken copier (before it transformed into Laserbeak). They really did contribute one of the most important tracks.

In all honesty Weird AL deserves a special award for being the only person to contribute a song and be a Voice Actor.

Hooper X is right - the people who pretty much defined how we even say the franchise's tagline for the past 30 years deserve recognition.

Don't know how much you would say it matters, but the dude technically has two whole toys based on him; Animated Wreck-Gar and, over with ponies, the Cheese Sandwich PVC miniature (dude pretty much guest stared as a VA of a pony version of himself in a musical episode where he sung pretty much every single song).
