I wonder if this is the other Leader Venksta hinted we might see at Toy Fair. I can't believe how many leaders they seem to be pushing out this year (especially since I NEVER saw Jetfire at retail.) but looks like we'll see AT LEAST 5 in 2015. (And I'd expect probably 1 more)

I know this is illogical and selfish, but on some level this bums me out. Thundercracker is my favorite Seeker, and I enjoyed the fact that he was going to have a giant new mold all to himself (well.... aside from that Jetfire fellow, I guess).

But it's cool, I'll get Starscream as well if he shows up.  

 

Ive been torn on getting Leader Thundercracker because I was worried he'd be a one-off. If they confirm they are doing Starscream (which would all but confirm a Skywarp would follow), then I am all in. I don't like the scale, to be honest (Jetfire towers over the other bots, so him being Leader makes sense), but I cant deny how sweet TC looks and I would love a G1 seeker set that won't completely empty my bank account. I wonder if they could sneak a Conehead retool out of the Jetfire mold?

 

Voyager size G1 seeker mold when?

I'm not really interested in this because I already have the MPs to fill that "large seeker toy" niche in my collection.

 

yay starscreams back in his normal body, as for the leader class, it was going to happen eventually. good for the people that want leader seekers, but i still like my deluxe.

 

You know, that idea isn't half bad. I personally like that kibble on Starscream's waist. Looks more fancy, like Starscream should be. I'd do that myself, except I don't own any MPs and I'm sure they'll be very expensive to track down.

 

I'm thinking this is the MP's all the other combiner war bios, if you could call them that have been one maybe two sentences long.

 

Go reread Megatron's bio. Or you know what? I'll do you one better and I'll bring it to you right here, and we'll compare how much space they take up.

Now, I'm no scientist, but it sure looks like Megatron's bio is longer just in basic page space, and since I typed this out myself, I can assure you this is what is printed on the back of the box. So while there may be room for doubt about what Starscream this represents, you cannot disqualify this as being a Generations figure based on the length of the bio which is shorter than already existing ones in the same price point.

 

No surprise that this would happen after seeing Thundercracker came out. Next, Skywarp. And then maybe the cone heads and the Rainmakers?

I'm just glad I didn't repaint my original voyager Armada to his g1 color scheme like I'd planned since IDW went and gave him the black/red and grey scheme. Speaking of, I realllllly wish they'd've released the updated Armada fig as a Voyager instead of a deluxe.

 

I agree with that! I love the Generations Starscream mold and I think he would've still been perfect blown up to Voyager. He's just a bit too small for Leader Armada Megatron. Takara Armada Starscream is one of my favourite Classics figures...

 

Too big for Classics. Not really a fan of the mold. Wish Classics had a better sense of scale. Guess I'm giving up on the line.

 

Strange that they're bringing out a leader-class and an MP at around the same time. Well, since I have zero interest in the Jetfire mold, I know which one I'll be getting.

First Thundercracker,now this!!!I was hoping Thundercracker came with Buster,now I really hope The Chosen One comes with his crown!!And I think the leader Venksta was hinting at could be Soundwave.Hopefully.
