I'm shocked they picked up the phone before opening time, my TRU phone line would go straight to a recording. The workers at my TRU are completely clueless. I called this morning (after being on hold for 25 minutes )to ask for Masterpiece Starscream, they said they have it and will hold one for me. After half an hour of driving , it turns out all the had was Masterpiece Bluestreak. They didn't bother to match the name of who I was looking for. Thanks for wasting my time incompetent TRU employee.

BTW, what is the rewards card for, exactly? I don't receive discounts when I use it, coupons in the mail or anything else. My wife signed up for it a long time ago, and we've received no benefits from using it.

Hmmm.... those little catalogs come every month or two for me. Usually there's a 15%, or sometimes a 20% off coupon attached to them. You guys might want to call TRU's account line and check into that, you might be missing out on some discounts! Maybe they have the wrong address listed for you, or something.

Yup, that's the Rewards Point system. But the coupons are in addition to that.

45 days used to be the buyer protection period, but that has changed. Now it is for 6 months.
