Masterpiece G2 Bumblebee

    It would be nice, but the way it attaches seems to rule that out. It's also quite small for the likes of Prime. Maybe I'm just looking closer at the pics but the rocket pack is looking less impressive; it's hollow on the underside to slot over BB's back kibble, which is fair enough, but the rocket thrusters at the bottom appear to be only molded as halves.

    I bet Dr Wu could make a better one, slightly bigger, maybe adjustable to fit Sideswipe and Prime too (well I can dream...).

    I really don't think MP-21's milky face fits in with other MPs, but two minutes with some silver paint fixed that :thumb

    Both my MP-21's 'smiling' face look like that. Just 'slightly open mouthed'. Wish it been more like the eager happy face they originally showed.

    I dig G2 Bumblebee, more than I like the G1 deco. However, I would actually want to get exo-suit Spike/Daniel on account of wanting to add it to my 1986 movie cast collection.

    Yeah, ditto. If only G2 BB came with Daniel, that'd be an instant buy for me. As-is... I'm a bit torn, but prolly gonna get the G2 version.

    I'm glad it's cheaper than MP-21, the jet pack isn't a substitute for the Exo Suit.

    Does look damn good in silver! Like his gun in black too, that's a nice touch (unpainted black plastic probably)

    So from the look of it the 'straps' for the rocket-pack don't actually connect to it? I imagine they end up touching it though, at least.

    Yeah he does look really good. I'll probably end up keeping this guy in vehicle mode next to my old G1 Goldbug. Maybe I can steal his faces and repaint the crests Bumblebee yellow for my ordinary MP-21!

    That's what I was thinking of doing to, about the faces I mean. As for MP G2 Bee he's gonna stand next to his G2 mini-me.

    With a little modification this could have easily been G1 Goldbug versus G2 Bumblebee.
