Way too early to assume it's non-transforming, Oritoy's Acid Rain line has a handful of (simple) transforming mecha. And to be fair, it's not like Optimus' fundamental transformation scheme is exactly complicated.
There was no information at the Oritoy booth except for this poster. No flyers, no sample, nada. I too am very intrigued by what will come of this. I have a slightly bigger photo of it:
Granted but all of the sub licenced stuff is non transforming, I really can't see this being any different.
I tend to agree. Since the truck aspect is seemingly ignored and doesn't appear on the schematic I think Fort Max is right.
the body looks a lot like classics prime to me. i dunno...need to see more. i never got any of the acid rain stuff i'd much rather put that money towards tf third party stuff. they look interesting though....
Simple. Based on the Acid Rain project, which he likely thinks is really cool work, as do I, he's interested in what they might do with the Transformers property.
the acid rain toys are really well made...but simple in transformation. i have high hopes for this. ultra weathered and detailed TF's would be a cool change.
