    That Drift is hella-lame, but my God am I excited for that mtmte. I cannot wait for more Whirl and Pax!

    Also I love Rodimus' body language in those first few panels in the present.

    I am betting Rodimus will screw things up somewhere. Brainstorm may be after the Matrix not Orion Pax which explain the fact the group is from Patternism.

    Glad Animated earned its place in the 30th covers! I was unreasonably upset that Milne had chosen Prime to be represented over it in the RID issue.

    But yeah, the issue looks fantastic. I'm dying to know the first half of Rodimus/Whirl's conversation. The out of context punchline itself makes me giggle enough. And Drift looks as inoffensively unremarkable as issue #1 was, but I'm not really surprised by that.

    So anyone else starting to think that Brainstorm is actually been working for someone other than the Cons? Between the upcoming issues solicitation, the last issues functionalist run hell, and the New Institute being brought up I think we'll find out he's working for the functionalist council.

    Why on earth did they choose IDW Lockdown over Animated? And I can only see one Animated and two Beast Wars, (all shoved in the background) yet four Prime representatives?

    Milne, I am disappointed.

    EDIT: Actually, apparently there'll be another part to the picture. Hopefully that'll fix my issues!

    Wouldn't be surprised. IIRC the original idea for the big 30th anniversary crossover event (that wound up becoming Dark Cybertron) was a continuity crossover, with BW, Animated, IDW, etc. guys interacting and stuff.
