I actually like it, I wouldn't buy it but it looks nice.

 

A Laser Optimus redeco in 2014? Can't say I ever expected that to happen.

Just as weird looking as the Soundwave, but the Energon pink missiles are pretty neat.

 

Its like someone quit coloring this, half way through.  

 

It's a great mold. But there are better version than this. Versions that also make more sense. Considering the high price for last years Cybertron King Starscream I would pass on that and go for one of the other versions. Scourge is still the best, while Magnus and Optimus are also very good.

(Now if it had been Toxitron...that would've been another story.)

Sooo... the packaging has battery info. Does this mean they'll finally have the lights back in this mold for the first time since the original? Because that would be amazing with the clear plastic!

 

Always nice to see that they can't properly transform their own product.

If this didn't share the same color scheme as Soundwave, I'd have some motive to get it.

Well... It looks a lot of fun and I applaud, but:

(A) The transformed trailer looks like My First Make-Up Salon, and (B) the Black Convoy re-deco > everything and anything ever done with this design.

 

It looks nice, I might consider getting it should it be priced decently BUT, all the gold plastic worries me, I really hope that it's black plastic repainted gold.

 

Missle launcher still won't work I bet. What's the other YOTG offering as don't they normally offer 2 each year?

 

box art is SICK, but idk how i feel about it being almost all clear

if it was a solid color instead of clear, i would of bought, but outside of the box art it just looks unfinished, which sucks because i still have yet to buy this mold and i want it
