Magneto worked with Xavier in the hopes that what happend with the Jews in WW2 would not happen to mutants. As time passed, he saw the bigotry and dark side of Anti-mutant sentiment and saw a war coming. Rather than try to stave it off like Xavier and continue to watch it grow, he decided to meet the hate head on and to try and crush it.

The irony here is that he only succeded in giving the bigots more fuel for their hate. But Xavier's way would have eventually yeilded the same results.

Eh, I'm still worried I won't get to see as much robot on robot action. Sounds better than anything I've heard previously, but I still find it suspect.
We've all read the reviews of the leaked scripts and such, and in them Soundwave was four feet tall; if Orci was alluding to us liking him as a CD player or someting like that to stay true to his G1 alt. mode, then he's sorely mistaken. I'd rather Soundwave be a bus with an antena than a tiny bot. [/nitpick]

To be fair there's a balance required. If people complain about every damn thing they'll probably just get sick of us, but if you just lie back and think of England you end up with 4 foot Soundwave.

Hasn't Don said that Soundwave will be in the 2nd not the 1st movie?

And SO WHAT if it is soundwave anyway?I don't see the big deal.All we know is that he's decapitated by some woman.Although we don't know HOW he's decapitated.

And about "laying back" it's just a movie based on a toyline.I prefer to protest things that WILL HAVE a lasting effect on my life.And a Transformers movie isn't that thing

Don said they may move him into the second. But as of right now, Soundwave is a 4 foot tall robot who gets his head taken off a few times. Terrible. Idea.
