Ugh, I really think they have done enough to get me to buy this time. Though many are oddball characters, I think they turned out pretty great. Serps is a great deco. I'll always take a Junkion (though I may need two, and another botcon set at some point). Seekers always sell me. Still need to ship my Asia 3-packs from my buddy in China.

 

I think he looks beautiful! Man that artwork... So pretty.

I can understand Seeker burnout for some people, but G2 Starscream was the last deco I'd been craving from this mold and it looks nice there.

 

TFC? It's like you give us a different name with every post...

It is TCC. Been TCC for 10 years. Please, for the love of Pete...

Now, that's the first TCC figure i've ever been tempted to get.

 

Yeah it's funny how many people still put TFCC instead of TCC.

Then you have Million Publishing who put TFC in their book.

So far the only one I am not very interested in. At this point, four that I am enjoying is enough for me to go in for the full Subscription. I will see what G2 Starscream does for me in person before I decide to sell him or not.

While the obscurity is high, I think that is a good thing. I really enjoy these new decos, microns, and kreons.

He needs to look less red and more peach to me.

I like the nod to Pretender and Action Master Starscream by having a grey helmet and black face. Thats a change I approve. The original G2 Starscream toy had the same color head as the original.

 

Glorious! He'll look great with G2 Ramjet! Of course course i'm one of those crazy Seeker fans who'll also gladly pick up Diaclone, Pretender and Actionmaster Starscream deco variants.

 

There's, of course, a larger conversation to be had on this point, but it's certainly the case that most fans have used "TF" as shorthand for Transformers for forever (without even mentioning the related debate about whether it was originally intended to be parsed as one word or two). So I can easily understand why folks have insisted on using "TFC" or "TFCC" for so long, Pete's (consistent!) insistence on "TCC" notwithstanding.

Frankly, "TCC" just isn't intuitive.

That mould is so overused, it's not even that good. It's got everything I hate with TF moulds. The deco's quite nice, however. VERY nice.

 

I really wished that this was up-sized to a voyager.

 

Seriously though, please proofread your posts/thread titles before postings. I understand being fast to break the news, but it's been pointed out several times that it's not TFC ... which is an independent company.

TCC isn't exactly intuitive, but again it's been pointed out.

I love the TFSS 3.0 offerings, but I only need one Starscream. Hope that demand for this lets me get a good price.

I don't even have mold burnout; if this had been another Nacelle-esque heretofore fiction-only guy, I'd be all over it.

...Actually, if you can point me to another decepticon jet that has this deco, I would just keep him under that name.
