So much this. The scene was great, probably my favorite of the whole movie, but I feel like it would have had more meaning if some of the older guys were there too. I know I, personally, would've just loved to have seen the Twins show up or Sideswipe, just because they're old familiar faces. I was thrilled when Brains showed up, that was awesome, but I was disappointed that there was no mention of Wheelie. Isn't funny how we get attached to these silly CGI characters whether they have big parts (the Twins, Wheelie) or smaller parts (Sideswipe, Dino). Who knows what'll happen though, Bay could surprise us and bring back the characters who had no on-screen death in some capacity in the next movies.
I didn't know who three out of five of the Autobots were, we had never seen them before so no there was no particular excitement for me. I was also to busy wondering how Prime was able to fix himself all of a sudden.
I would've kept Ratchet alive, but showed Sideswipe getting killed by Cemetery Wind instead. Since people want some old characters, it would've been nice to see the Doc there with them.
