I really hope Prowl is in this. Other than him, there is no one else I want.

 

Since we know that the movie's title refers to knights as being the theme of the movie I would like to see these characters be part of the theme.

Star Saber: He's a character that would be a perfect fit into the movie since he's very knight inspired and whatever direction they take his character in either be his original heroic G1 personality or his villainous fanatical IDW personality I think he would be an interesting character to explore and it would be a way to give him a chance to shine as either a rebel knight or a fanatical follower of the creators.

Dai Atlas: Like Star Saber he has some knight themes going on though not as strongly but still I think he can work in the movie like if he's part of the knights at one time grew guilt about what he creators made him do and then like IDW founded the City of Light as a way to retire form his warrior days then if Optimus runs into him and convinces him to join against the creators again it'll make for a cool story arc.

Ultra Magnus: Hear me out on this idea. Making Magnus as a knight would not only be a cool way to tie him into the same backstory as Optimus and sharing design cues but it'll also be awesome if they use his original G1 toy gimmick with combining his cab into the trailer and make it like he's wearing a knight's armor which you gotta admit that would be awesome to see on screen.

 

Speaking of knights how about Darkwing and Blugeon? And maybe Cyclonus with his Animated personality- quiet but badass

 

The most possible theory to me is that the Quintessons really reprogram Optimus and send him back to eliminate the other Autobots. I mean hasn't this already happened?

Okay in my opinion I'd like to see Overlord/Gigatron as a main antagonist.

He'd have his IDW personality with even MORE cruelty added

Others: Whirl/Sandstorm, Kup, Hot Rod, WindBlade(I ran out of cool female autobots.), Darkwing, dreadwind, Treadshot, warpath, impactor


In fact how far does anybody think we'll get characters from the Japanese g1 characters, or the marvel comics characters?.
