I say, It is going be Galvatron and some other Villian. The actor who voiced Lockdown said something about that they are going bring Lockdown back or something, I'm just hoping they give Megatron/Galvatron the screen he deserves.

 

Lockdown's body was blown into peaces by his own grenade, which was set by Optimus, so I doubt he will return

I think that's fan art. Are you suggesting UM is going to appear in the film based solely upon that image, or is this speculation?

 

I speculate UM will appear not by the image but based on my knowledge I pretty sure hill appear

 

That's a fan image but all the same I do see him having a lot of his classic elements to his design and it's likely he'll show up sometime later in the movie series be it 5 or 6 or both even.

That is true. Though I'm glad he wasn't.

 

I was disappointed that he wasn't - until I ultimately came to the realization that I'd rather not have any more of my favorite TF characters appear in the live-action movies.

 

Doubt that he'll show up, but if he does, he'll say one or two lines, they might make him say "I can't deal with this right now" and then he'll die. My best guess.

 

I'm pretty sure that's just a misunderstanding due to the concept art frequently using "code names" to conceal the identities of the robot cast.

I wonder how much weight the "Beast Wars" rumor has to it. The movie is set for 2017, but BW turns 20 next year. Then again, Hasbro did fudge derails to count 2q5 as part of the "Thrilling 30" branding...
