    How About this Plot?

Unknown to Sam Witwicky, Mikaila was pregnant when they broke up seven years ago. Now engaged to be married to Carly, he and Mikaila accidentally crossed paths as he discovered that the latter is working as a mechanical engineer to inventor Cade Yeager tagging along with her son, Spike who has the looks of his father but gifted with the same passion on car machines like his mother. Sam joined forces with Yeager as the two were summoned by Optimus Prime on an upcoming new war of the machines with Spike holding the “key” this time around. After finding out that he has a son with Mikaila, he is now in the crossroads between foregoing his wedding and reuniting with his first love and newfound son aside from saving the world again with the AutoBots from the new batch of Decepticons attempting to invade the Earth once more.

    What I'd Like To See:

A movie with a parallel structure, focusing on Optimus as he visits races across the galaxy in search of both the Creators and himself, and the Autobots on Earth, as they attempt to discover why random Cybertronian corpses are popping up everywhere. They initially blame Galvatron, only he's as confused as they are. Turns out there's a new threat on Earth, and they target anyone who goes against Megatrons wrath. They call themselves the Decepticon Justice Division.

    What We'll Probably Get:

The same old shit as the last movies, just with a new coat of paint. Because Michael Bay is the Apple of making movies.

You guys really come up with something that's to much and to many characters really deal with the character background and the cybertronian war , relics and how they manage to be on earth for a reason

My gut feeling is that you are right. I don't think Paramount will risk any of their international take so for all the hype about a writers room in the end Paramount is only going to green light more of the same.

The robots might get a few more lines but those lines will not add much to the character of the robots mostly just spouting the sort of lines you'd hear in an 80's action film.

It's Paramount so I don't expect anything except some minor little changes since Paramount isn't bold enough to make any real changes.

Bay also said he doesn't like the idea of robots turning into Dinosaurs but yet we ended up with dinobots being the in movies anyway so that could also change.

Well there was huge demand for them since the beginning. Maybe we'll see metroplex vs trypticon? 2 giant robots slugging it out would be fun.

The one concept that could have been cool-yet-horrifying, was in the first film, where the allspark would end up bringing an aircraft carrier to life.

Imagine the level of panic on the Titanic, but in close quarters on a carrier, qwhere the walls suddenly start shhifting, stuff starts moving and changing...if you're in the lower decks, there's no way you're going to get out with walls shifting and flattening.

Though I just imagine Cade commandeering a shuttle to go after Optimus, when he finds that his contact with him gave him a mental link to the Transformer. He'll use the 'I'm a friendly guy, now let me through our I'll kill you' mentality that we saw in 'Pain and Gain,' and he'll be sooo good at being an inventor, that he'll be able to pilot a rocket by himself :p

Considering that Optimus leaves going after the "creators" it's very possible that the Quints might be introduced in the fifth installment as the possible creators.

I have an idea as part of a plot point in number 5 as we know Optimus is looking for the creators and when he finds them. The creators are based inside a gigantic floating head, This of course is Unicron and when they capture Optimus they explain that they mined things from the inside of the head to create part of the transformers race, the other part of the race was mined and created from another floating body part say half a chest which they used first to create the Autobot’s which could come from primus and obviously the mining from Unicron’s head created the decepticon’s and this could explain the why one faction is good and why one is evil and with the creators mining in Unicrons head it has released toxins etc that have corrupted the creators and turned them evil and now the spirt/soul of unicron can control the creators and that’s why they need prime as pose’s a threat to them and Unicron’s future plans

Made this up as I wrote it:

A bunch of Decepticons, lead by someone recognizable (not Megatron or Starscream, obviously, but a well-known secondary bad guy like Cyclonus or Scourge) arrive on Earth and encounter Galvatron, who quickly asserts his dominance over the band of 'Cons.

Optimus Prime, meanwhile, has fallen into the hands of another villain, a Cybertronian determined to recreate the glory of Cybertron and is in league with one of the last surviving 'Creators', and as such, has plenty of terraforming equipment at his disposal. Optimus is captured, tortured and has the Matrix of Leadership taken from him. Imprisoned on a vast Cybertronian warship, Optimus Prime finds himself in the company of a traumatised and mentally unstable Red Alert and an equally distraught Cliffjumper. However, in a daring escape attempt, Cliffjumper takes the Matrix and makes a getaway, but in doing so will lead the main villain straight to Earth.

An ace combat pilot and an unconventional scientist have been working on a project to utilize Cybertronian technology on jet fighters. The scientist has a bit of a dilemma, as he is a pacifist mostly, and was more or less forced into the project. The combat pilot (perhaps a young woman?) is one of the few actually willing to fly one of the new hybrid jets, even though the chances of the pilot dying horribly are quite high. These two inevitably wound up drawn into things when they are the first on the scene at Cliffjumper's crash site. The pilot befriends the wounded Autobot.

Galvatron and his new lackeys make an attempt to get the Matrix. There's a large battle and Cliffjumper, along with the pilot and the scientist, have to make a getaway. They fall in with the other Autobots, including the likes of Bumblebee and Ultra Magnus (who has taken command of the group in Prime's absence). Others, like Jolt (back from the dead, not that anyone will notice this) and Evac (the young idealistic sort who essentially winds up with PTSD by the end) are among them, as well as Crosshairs (who despises Magnus' rigid style of command a fair bit).

Essentially, the main villain and his forces follow Cliffjumper to Earth, Optimus Prime gets rescued, and the villain attempts to forcibly terraform Earth with Creator technology. A major battle ensues in the end, turning into the Transformers equivalent of Black Hawk Down, mixed with Independence Day.

The scientist would be played by Jeff Goldblum (that way he can say "Must go faster!" during a chase sequence). Cade would appear in a supporting role and be back in time for movie six. The main villain would have a past vendetta against Optimus and this would cast the Prime's sometimes extreme actions in a morally dubious light. The villain would essentially be mad at the Prime for sending the All-spark into space during the war, as this doomed Cybertron to a slow death, hence why he intends to create a 'new' Cybertron (even if that means doing that on Earth).

This honestly just sounds like the plots of aoe and dotm mashed together. We need Galvatron to be the main villain for once, not yet another cybertronian who has the same hatred for prime like Sentinel(mad about cybertron/recreate cybertron on earth) and Lockdown(works for creators, hates autobot/decepticon war) did. However I would totally be down for Jeff Goldblum and having grimlock chase a car with goldblum saying "must go faster" would be perfect.

I'd like one theater to show Transformer 5 on opening day, and instead of showing TF5, they show the 1986 movie.

Even if you think it's AOE and DOTM mashed together, the fact that the Autobots would be given proper character development might differentiate it from those movies a fair bit (at least, if I actually wrote the film).
