I wouldn't really go by the toy bios. Lockdown's says he is a Decepticon.

 

In aoe when Bumblebee transformers from the classic camaro into his new you can clearly see Tessa and Shane in Bumblebee before he converts to his new form but after he switches they are gone for the first look at his new form but then back again in the next shot.

 

During the final fight Lockdown sticks his finger between optimus cheek plate which kinda looks odd (see picture below to see what i mean

 

Age of Extinction is the first movie where optimus doesn't rip off someone's face

Lockdown tends to grab optimus his face for some reason

 

This is a DOTM detail, I've never noticed before until just now!
In the shot where one armed Optimus is walking towards all of the other Autobots, and NEST on the bridge (Right before Bee's last transformation), if you look behind Prime a couple of blocks away, there is a train on fire going by . . .

 

It goes by when Sentinel is shot and Megatron gets decapitated. Also when starsscream is killed and shockwave I believe.

 

You're right, there is a train on fire going right to left, in the two shots you've mentioned . . . in the one I've just noticed, the train goes the opposite direction . . . so it is a different train

*also of note: megatron loses his left leg from optimus prime's sweep-kick (megatron dies but he is revived in tf2)*

starscream's right arm is ripped off by optimus prime during the forest battle
megatron loses his right arm from the elbow down in the climatic battle with optimus prime in egypt

tf3
barricade's right leg is blown off by nest
optimus prime's right arm is cut off by sentinel prime

tf4
brains' right leg is severed prior to the events of the film (unknown if he loses this leg during the ship crash in tf3)

They were actually downtown by The Loop so it could have possibly been the SAME train on its return trip. Which is admittedly absurd...but still.

 

 

watched dotm last night in bluray for the first time..just realized that topspin & roadbuster do indeed transform...all these years i thought only leadfoot was shown briefly transforming..but all 3 are shown..righteous.

also, cute little scene..when sam enters the dc nest hq for the first time & he walks past ironhide he 'pets' him...and when he walks by ratchet, ratchet's lights & sirens go off as a show of mutual admiration..i just thought that was so cute!

bay is a genius -- which means most wont understand or even see it

also -- transformers 4 is the first movie in which all of the introduced autobots survived

In AOE, you can see Ratchet's intestines coming out of his stomach, right before he dies a hero.

 

to date, as far as i can recall, dotm is the only film in which optimus prime doesn't tell someone to take it 'easy'
