More TF movie casting talk

I know I'm late, but I'll say it anyway....Bernie Mac?!?!? Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't object to Bernie Mac (hey - why exactly is it that it's always black comedians they try to shoehorn into genre franchises? Why not Carrottop as Bond's sidekick, or Steve Martin doing an Alien film?), and I suppose there is an off chance he could work (I recall being shocked at how well Tom Arnold worked in True Lies), but BM's track record with films is very weak. The fact that he's cast makes me tremble over the script, because it implies that there was a role in the film that made them think "Bernie Mac would be great for this!"

just wanted to point out, he IS playing a used car salesmen ~ if he was up for anythign else in this movie i'd be all

but as a Used Car Slaesman??? I jsut hope he's sporting a gold suit!!!

Again, how long will it take a used car salesman to sell Bulblebee to Sam? One scene, that's all. And you never see him again afterwards.

A little comic relief in the beginning of the movie.

I imagine they won't be doing any voice acting work until well into the shoot, or else the VA's would have nothing to go against for timing, etc.

If that's it, fine. But I don't want him as the traveling sidekick, mugging for the camera.

I don't know all of those names, but I like the ones I do recognize...Bernie Mac is hilarious, in a cameo role he would be awesome...as a main character he might be a little much, but I'll definitely reserve judgement for now...I'll save my complaining for when they announce the TF voice actors

After a longer, more thorough, and quite satisfying look at Megan Fox, I've realized that she looks like a total bitch and snob. Not really the kinda girl that you could be happy with. More like the kinda girl you could have fun with.

From the name and the casting description, she's apparently not Carly. If anything, she's "the girl before Carly".
