I'm loving the design of these guys SO much. The luggage rack forming into a weapon is genius.


But, is his head just Lockdown's mask?

 

Got to say I love this design dare I say even more than the designs of the main characters. Seeing the car bits makes it much more believable as a Transformer to me.

His head is interesting though. Looks like some Vehicon visor.

I like how the one pic has one with Bee and Sideswipe lol.

The pic with his head from the top view looks like he has a visor that drops down over his eyes much like movie 1 Jazz? But the one hanging on the building has different arm weapons than the double blades. Looks very PRIME Insecticon in the face but yeah I'm going Vehicon on these guys.

 

Also interesting that they have the CTS and another car on the posters as well? Maybe we will get more GM products as generic Cons or even Generic Autobots this time. Oh man would I love to see that!

I'm wondering if these GM cars in the movie will also include a defective part that if only GM had been willing to pony up a few extra bucks would have made all the difference... in saving the earth and all humanity. I'm guessing not.

 

Very interesting that sideswipes silhouette is shown and that Cadillac as well. I'm not saying the Cadillac is sideswipe but it could be possible. There's three silhouettes bumblebee the vehicon and sideswipe and there also seem to be three main asteroids in the poster one being the trax and the other the Cadillac the third most likely the camaro. Can anyone pull up some pics of where the Cadillac was seen during filming?

 

The small GM car I think is the Chevy Cruze. The Cadillac CTS is used as Attinger's henchmen's cars. The Cruze is the same type as the red car that Galvatron cuts in half.

 

They look quite good! Do you think they're man made bots? The pictures show then arriving on earth, but guess that's just advertising, and we have seen the Trax team following Galvatron around.. anyway, looking good!

No, he's right. I went back and looked at the back of the car an it is a Malibu. The Pic you posted is of the Malibu and the Colbalt is only a 2 door car. The Colbalt, Cruze Malibu and Impalas all look very similar in the front ends though.

Maybe the SUVs are Autobot vehicons, and the Cadillacs are Decepticon vehicons?

I have mixed feelings about this robot. The robot mode is pretty cool, although I would have preferred something other than red, since we're already getting red Stinger. I'm not too keen on the arm blades either, since they look too similar to Dino's (who was also red). The SUV is just meh to me, but all SUVs are meh to me. I guess I can't complain too much, because they are Robots in Disguise, and no one would give that vehicle a second look.

All in all, it's a decent character, I just hope the Cadillac is a vehicon too, it screams vehicon at me.

 

The red one seen here isn't the only one though. There was 2 reds, 2 Blacks, 1 blue and 1 silver Trax that were seen with the Argosy. So as far as we know, they could all look alike but different colors or the different colored Trax could have some differences. We will have to wait and see. I mean if you look at the ones in the concept art, the arm art has 2 blades on the arm but the full body art only has 1 blade. So we might have slightly different looks between them.
