    'Michael came back to me afterwards and he said, "I just had a conversation with your son and he might know a little bit more about these films than I do, and I made them."'

    That explains a lot.

    Oh well any one can ask Titus' elder son to explain the dirty jokes in the movie to them - he can tell his 8 year old sibling what 'Sam's Happy time' means then.

    It is kinda cute though that someone would want to obsess about the extreme detail of these movie - I don't even know of anyone on here who does that. You seem to have people who are either ;

    1) Michael Bay Raped my Childhood
    2) Mehh
    3) It's a fun Pop corn movie

    I've yet to hear of or meet ;

    4) This movie is the best movie ever I follow everything about it. (though perhaps that applies to one of the TFWikki crowd "Poor stiffs").

    Gotta be honest here, that kid is basically me. I love the movies no matter what, even though I really know that some things are bad, I always find something that I love about it and return with the same happiness as the first time I had watched it. I think that we are all very lucky that we received a transformers film that was better than most toy-to-movie films (GI Joe, I'm looking at you) and for that I commend and bless the people who make and are involved in these films.

    A fan could easily know more than Bay. Especially if they're watching every interview, the extras, and following every bit of behind the scenes info that is revealed by others who worked on the movie.

    That isn't surprising at all.

    The first movie was a 3 and 4, the second movie was a 1, and the 3rd movie is a 2 and 3. and i dont have high hopes for AOE and that trilogy either.

    If youre a fan of TMNT, ive got bad news for you...

    Titus Welliver: Yeah, they have the toys. Michael Bay had a conversation with my 12 year old and then Michael came back to me afterwards and he said, 'I just had a conversation with your son and he might know a little bit more about these films than I do, and I made them." So I had a great source with m kids

    I suppose this guy will be one of those "chase-the-hero" kind of villains until he has a last second change of heart.

    "I'm the shark.... but my son has the toys and he told me to play nice with Optimus."

    This just confirms what I and a few others thought a while back. Savoy and his unit are indeed a government special ops unit and not bounty hunters. Now lockdown and his followers, they may be the bounty hunters. And I know, just like in past threads, I'm sure it will be said that this is not true to how the government works. They won't just show up to your house and threaten you at gun point.

    I would also like to believe that but I think Bay got it right here. If our government or any government wants something that bad, its own people will become the enemy lol.

    Oldest son is 14, means he was born in 1999 or 2000. Earliest memories would probably be Energon or Cybertron...not the best "sources" to get TF info from.

    I make no judgements - it was just amusing to see someone approach the movie franchise with the same veal as people do with Star Wars sometimes.

    I thought that was Cute (Strange) but cute.

    Does it matter how much Welliver knows about the franchise? He plays a guy who hunts down Transformers. He's not writing the movie script.

    So Bay pretty much based Agent Simmons on himself: an egotistical blow-hard that thinks he knows much better than others, and is much cooler than others.

    Interesting... what does Titus' character in Trans4mers have to do with Arnold Schwarzenegger? Just curious...

    I have visions of Michael Bay walking up to Star Wars fans waiting in line for movie tickets with a plate of veal in his hand. Sort of as a meat olive branch of a sort. "Please... come see my toy movie. I have veal!"
