Script changes this late? seriously? wow. Wonder what they needed to change.

 

See, I knew it wasn't a "five-minute" scene.

Sounds more like just additional B-roll shoots if they're just focusing on scenery...

 

I says it's an reshoot due to script change and describes an epic scene with Optimus Prime.

 

I think it will be more like additional add on stuff guys. They do this same thing all the time. Avengers did it, Cap America 2 and Guardions just did it as well. In fact most movies are doing this very thing now. More is added to a scene somtheybhav to go back and reshoot. And from the sounds of it, this will probably be additional footage for a OP fight scene. And we all know how the last fires fight scene with OP turned out right. Epic!!

 

Considering it states 'Aerial shots' I get the feeling that this reshoot will be for additional scenes... likely to show off the location.

Actually they state its a 'heroic' scene.

While this is true - 'script changes' might just simply mean they want to have a Decepticon flying down to attack OR something like that OR wanted the scene from a different angle or wanted new shots. It is not something to worry about. I remember the same fuss was made over 'The Avengers' when the cast went back to shoot the 'Shawarma scene'

 

Sooooo does this mean from the scene where Optimus leaves the autobots and humans is probably not gonna happen because of the script changes?...

 

Lol, no not at all. This is the portion of the movie where we get into the heart of the Dinobots and their story on Earth.

 

Could be China pushed for something different than what was originally planned and they had to bow to pressure.

 

People thought the first 3 where bad . Wait till this disaster hits the big screen! I really believe this movie isn't going to have that close knit feeling the first 3 had. Mark Whalburger just isn't going to make this movie a block buster I think John Cena would done a better job LOL. I just can't see it making the bucks the last 3 did. If you look at the way Hasbro is going cheap on the transformations on the figures one could think has has gotten to comfortable think if we make crap they will still buy it.

 

Hasbro/Bay better not kill optimus in this movie, we all know how well that worked out in the past..........

 

Well considering how we saw a certain heavy spoiler scene been filmed, I doubt it.

 

Atleast he's not lazy. That's literally going the extra mile.

 

And we'll probably be able to tell which shots are new as well, unless the weather matches exactly during both shoots.

 

Kind of wondering that myself. One of the drawbacks to bending over backwards for the Chinese market is you can get forced into changes to please party officials.
