I thought they stated that Bumblebee in this movie is 10ft tall?

For number 2: That’s AOE/TLK Optimus Prime.

 

According to @decemberist he's 11.56 feet, which I guess is the official size given to ThreeA.

 

Wait, is that an official size? I put it based on my own calculations from studying the trailers.

 

It seems so (I mistyped, it should be 11.6)
3A Bumblebee Movie Figures

 

I could have sworn someone who works on the movie stated long before the trailers started coming out that Bumblebee in this movie was 10ft tall.

 

Yeah I vaguely remember 10ft being said somewhere, but it could've been an approximation.

 

Well, Bee is officially one of the smallest bots as of this movie.

 

But then this what Cena said:

You're right, it's not, but I always found it a bit jarring with Jazz being shorter than Bumblebee.

It'll be interesting to see if Optimus's height has decreased in this movie too. It seems they're going for the bots not being so vast this time round.

 

I’m pretty confident he’ll be smaller.

RedGoblin, I was searching and Long Haul vehicle (CAT 773B) is 365 in, and not 456 in.. could you fix it?
