I want to see some bot freaking out over some random car that became collateral damage, thinking it's alive.

 

Megatron coming out of the ocean and walking into a KISS concert and killing everyone...

...or a scene where Megatron eats babies.

 

I'd like a scene mirroring Apocalypse Now, where Rodimus Prime is sent down to earth by another group of Autobots to "terminate Prime's command." He sees him there, in this backwater planet, surrounded by human underlings and wearing the skin of his dead comrade as armor. Prime just looks up at him and says:

"I've seen horrors... horrors that you've seen. But you have no right to call me a murderer. You have a right to kill me. You have a right to do that... but you have no right to judge me. It's impossible for words to describe what is necessary to those who do not know what horror means. Horror. Horror has a face...I know, because I removed it..."

 

The Autobots fighting Devastator in the middle of the city, trying to climb him up and being tossed arround the buildinds savagly, while NEST shoots Devs with their SABOT guns.

Constructiosn VS. Combaticons.

 

Prime visiting the "graveyards" of the dead Autobots and questioning his leadership, then, Ironhide comes along and asks him how many missions he led on war. Prime says something like "100", and Ironhide asks how many they lost, and Prime answers "1".
