Honestly I never was excited for TF4.

 

I'm more excited about Fast and the Furious 6. I guess I really have lost my fondness for the movieverse...

 

I find that I've been getting more excited about TV shows than I get about movies. Some movies coming out this summer that could be really good but I'm just not as excited over any of the movies as much as I am over the SHIELD TV series this fall.

The announcement of what cartoon series will come after Transformers Prime seems like a bigger event than Transformers 4 More of the Same.

 

Yeah kinda, just wanna see how they "explain everything" lol plus the toys

 

I just mainly get excited to see robots beating each other up on screen. I know it will be terrible beyond that. I set my expectations at the lowest they can possibly go so that if something excites me it will be that much better.

 

I'm much more excited about the upcoming Marvel movies. I'm even more excited about the Marvel blu-rays I have  

 

I don't blame you, right now, other than Kelsey Grammar, there's really not much to get excited about...

I foresee that most everyone'll be excited once the first teaser or trailer comes out, the movies themselves are far from perfect, but man are they're incredible! whoever's editing those together should win some kind of... Super, Editting "You're Really Freaking Good at Making Trailers" Outstanding Award of... um, Excellence!

 

Like others have said, all my excitement, anticipation & anxiousness happened during the lead-up to the first movie, but once I actually saw it, it all went away never to be seen again. And obviously once ROTF happened, any hope to get excited for more of these things was immediately and completely decimated.

 

This ---^ Nerdrage is fun to bear witness to, but has no sway over how I feel about the movie. Bay's had three movies to get this right and I'm confident we'll get a decent flick out of it. I'm not expecting Shakespeare after all. And of course the toys should be interesting, and this movies eventual impact on the next iteration of Prime.

 

I mean, I'm not terribly excited yet, but that's only because there's nothing to be excited about yet. We've got rumors about story and characters, and we've got actors and a few character names. The acting isn't really what sells tickets. I'll start getting excited, probably, when we get actual images or video of robot characters

 

I'm looking forward to it. Although there really isn't much concrete info about the movie so far. Excitement will ramp up more when the trailer hits.

 

My excitement for it has not dropped because I never had much of it. The best I could hope for in TF4 is Unicron.

 

i cant wait for the movie, i mean, i love watching transformers, i im cuirious what
this movie is going to bring us. as soon as its out, im going to the theatre to watch!!
its going to be great watching it in 3D!  

 

I'm also curious as to what new figures we'll be getting out of the movie line. I'm hoping that they will be better than what the DOTM line gave us, we could definitely use more original characters instead of another Bumblebee or Optimus Prime. They outta try again with combiners, I would love to see a movieverse Bruticus or Superion, providing they make for better figures than Supreme Devastator.

 

I'm waiting to see something before getting excited. Just knowing there's a new movie on the way isn't enough to get me hyped. I'll wait for trailers or stuff.

 

I don't really care at all until a trailer comes out.

 

the lack of follow through with the toys for dotm has me very uninterested in the movie franchise going forward. I don't like the model of hyping a line and then abandoning it to move onto another line before it is finished. all the horrible repaints wasting space that could have been used more wisely... ugh, don't remind me.

 

No, I'm as excited for TF4 as I was back in 2006.

I will not hype until a trailer gets me hype.
