Would you like if they reboot the series and used similar bot designs from FOC?

Well just a thought, IMO, the FOC game managed to give us a homage to G1 but still somehow reiterates that they are an alien race.

The film completely modified how we see TF's. I have no problem with the movie design but, somehow, seeing them looking much more familiar seems worth a try.

What do you think?

I feel like the Fall of Cybertron designs are great updates to the designs. There is enough of the old look and colors that they don't have to list a robots name for me to know who it is, but at the same time there is so much new and different that it doesn't feel like a G1 clone.

It's also a nice mix of feeling complicated and loaded with detail while still giving the robots a sleek design feel.

So yea something like the Fall of Cybertron designs are what I wished the movie designs could have been.

Aren't the WfC/FoC designs kind of based on the movie designs in the first place, with their complexity? I don't think there'd be much of a difference, aside from the colors. So, really, this just turned into another "Why aren't the bots the same color as G1?!" argument.

Not quite. Look at the movie designs then look at the foc designs. They're completely different in shape, not just color.

IMO they would work pretty well. Maybe Optimus could be just a bit more complex. Really, I would love to just see Bruticus

I like the tfp designs myself, they bring out just the the right balance of movie and G1 imo, the foc/wfc prime is not my fav design at all, however i think the other bots on the games look great!

Nah, if they reboot things, I'd want to see a new aesthetic direction that pushes the envelope, like the first movie did.
