Why we'll never get a good transformers movie

Last night i was talking to my little sister, we were watching transformers prime( okay, okay, I was watching it and she was there,) She had recently stated that she didnt like the transformers movie's, this suprised me becuase she went to see all of them in theaters,

We were sitting there and I asked her witch one was her favorite, to my shock and horrer she says "the one with that big dude on the pyrimid" I exclaimed "how can you possibly like that one the most! Its terrible"
She said there wasnt enough humans in the third one and she loved skids and mudflap,
that is when i realized we would never get a truley good transformers movie, people want stupid comedy and more humans, they cant take the robot drama seriously,
Where did i go wrong with her?

It's a damn shame she (or someone) spent $5-10 on a movie ticket and enjoyed herself, quality movie or not.

This will always be an issue with Transformers media on a mass market movie.

We already got at least three good ones. They may not be exceptional, but they were good.

Cool story bro, but I don't get your point.

I enjoyed ROTF a lot too. I wanted Skids and Mudflap to come back for their deaths in DOTM and I was hoping Leo would be back for a little bit and make some offhand comments about Mikaela leaving him or something and then Leo disappear for the rest of the movie, just to give it a sense of continuity.

Wait...oh my god...I MIGHT BE YOUR SISTER.

I like to think on Marvel forums, before 2012 fans posted "We'll never get a good Captain America movie!" We'll get that one movie, where everyone will have something positive to say about it.

According to you.

It seems to me that the general consensus outside the movie forum is that they were mediocre at their best, and complete trash at their worst. I agree with that.

You may have enjoyed them, but that alone doesn't make them good movies.
