Scout class figures and Earthmode Generations. Add those to to the list of stuff I'm missing at the moment.

I could go for a whole line of figures like Hubcap and Windcharger right now. Those were pretty much everything I ever wanted a transformer to be.

Mine is a case of worry since as a GI Joe fan I know the horrible horrible things that happen if a retailer isn't happy about a movie line sitting on their shelves. There was some really great stuff released after the GI Joe movie toys, but retailers wouldn't touch it because somehow movie toys not moving must mean people don't like GI Joe in general.

Just really makes me worry that if the Transformers 4 toys aren't different enough to move for retailers and they get stuck with Transformers they can't move yet again that the retailers will take it out on whatever Transformers toys Hasbro wants to release after the movies. Not sure how many times retailer can take a hive of Bumblebees sitting around before they say the heck with the brand.

Is that a Trick Question ?

    Joking aside.

I Like the toys some of the toys I've enjoyed have been Movie toys - I think a great many people have a soft spot for the Leader Optimus toys even if they don't especially appreciate the Movies.

As for the Movies, I'm still thinking about getting around to watching the last one.

So no I don't care very much about the film itself *Unless it's got Dinobots in it*.

I suppose there's usually some amusement to be had from the Hype and pre-release shenanigans though.

In all Honesty my attention will remain on Third Party releases, Prime : Beast Hunters, Japanese toy releases and even RescueBots.

The Movie is just a sideshow to me.

well, yeah, in a perfect world i'd like the news and rumors blast to be daily, soon after a movie is out. the break is good, because I get so damn obsessive during the year leading up to a movie. it's a mixed bag.

I hope the TF4 toys go back to the enjoyablity of the 2007 movie line. not to difficult like in ROTF and not to bland like in DOTM.

Personally i feel somewhere between the first and second movie is ideal. The Leader class toys should be the difficulty of the ROTF figures with the other figures being the difficulty of the 2007 line. DOTM's toyline just sucked in my opinion - I brought three different leader class Sentinel prime's and each of them broke within the space of three transformations (The arm pegs snapped)

I was here before the movies, and it's looking like I'll be around after them. There's still stuff coming out in between, and there's stuff from before to either go back and discover or revisit. I'm fine, and I'll be fine.

I'm glad that they're letting Prime run it's course. After all, look at what happened with Animated.

    :cry

We can never go back to Animated and that's what makes me sad. If they do the toys again they won't feel the same like before since the way plastic is made has changed.

I'm in the middle. I miss them alot, but at the same time I have so many other movies to look forward to. And I don't care what people think about this character but I'm gonna miss Sam. If they take out Bee I'm gonna be mad.

DOTM really soured me on movie toys. With the mehtech, downsizing, and lack of paint, not to mention the cancelled/asia exclusive/whatever crap, I'm not looking forward to jack shit. And that's fine!

EHHH.....I mean..I'm glad were getting a movie, and I'm also glad were getting a whole new cast as well as a new transformers cast, but I just hope this trilogy will end on it's 3rd note, I mean..Really were most likely going to get the "typical 2 teen falls in love with each type thing and those teens need to help out the Autobots in some way" I mean it may not be EXACTLY like that, but then again there are times when we are wrong, I guess I should say myself..But you get the point. I'm only hopping that the 'bots get a bit of back story into them even if it's only 10sec, but I guess that's to much asking since it's takes up to much money and resources for those CGI scenes. Me Personally I just can't wait to see what Hasbro has in stores for another animated shows. :D

The thing that confuses me is where the toys went it was like they were there one day then all gone, never remember any deep clearances.

I watched DOTM on Netflix the other night and can't say I miss it too much at all.

Instead of attempting to move that much product on clearance the big retailers sold their stock off to smaller retailers like Family Dollar. Places like Family Dollar were flooded with Dark of the Moon toys at $5 that weren't moving at that price either.
