"see thread title" I personally would pick someone like Joss Whedon (which is probably the most obvious answer) or Bryan Singer. I think either of these directors can do something interesting with the lore and do more interesting characterizations with the transformers and humans (if they have to be in the movie) |

Avengers showed he knows how to deliver on story, showcasing characters the audience came to see, a solid main villian and delivering on the action and spectacle. The city battle in Avengers was way more fast paced and fun than the DOTM city battle. And the best thing about the battle, NO US military taking up screen time. |

The good guys have to win and the bad guys need to prove how powerful they are. So, bring a bunch of cops to surround Loki so he can school them. ![]() ^I've got more Gamerscore than Miggytron |

News Credits: 1 | Peter jackson, have him do scenes like tintin's no-cut cycle chase to follow a multi-character (but only a handful of bots in one area) battle or chase or RACE. Have there be clear goals for both factions, dinobots, star seekers and any other faction/subfaction, not just Autobots vs Decepticons making war for war's sake. Have teams pursuing myths, relics, or even simply allies in addition to "autobots ward off decepticon savages" Have it follow only the robots, or use the human as a tool to give the bots backstory. ![]() My Fanart My flickr My Junk needs |

A ton of CGI fighting that wasn't in the book. "We Cybertronians hide what we are from each other - from ourselves. And when we look right at something, we can't even see how it's changing." Ultimately I don't care who it would be, they just have to be well rounded and have their priorities straight. |
