They have Forrest Gump on the list, which was amazing, and lets be real, put the fanboy nostalgia away, and just be film fans, in NO WAY shape or form, are ANY of the TF live action films Waterworld, Catwoman or Battlefield earth bad

Okay, that was a good pun.
I personally thought Titanic was boring, but that's because I'm not one for love stories and I was dragged to see it by my best friend, who's loved the movie since it came out. I apologize if I offended you, but you should also notice I tried to avoid attacking you and would rather detail why I disliked the film.

Ah, well see, that makes sense. You shouldn't be forced to see a movie if it doesn't interest you. When my girlfriend at the time forced me watch Fellowship of the Ring, I was bored, because I couldn't get into it. Same thing with Harry Potter. Just not my thing.

Same goes for video games. One of my friends refuses to play Fallout 3, even though it's an amazing game, because it's not her style. Oblivion or Skyrim or whatever, she's all over, because she loves magic and spells and whatnot. I'm the opposite.

So you're not much for Fantasy? I'm more of a Fantasy guy - even though I think most fantasy these days is kind of stale and uncreative. It's all rip-offs of Tolkein and D&D.

Speaking of which, where the hell is the D&D film with Jeremy Irons?

B-movies and the direct to video films at least have the excuse of tiny budgets which means they can't hire good directors, good actors, or a top notch special effects team.

But among big budget Hollywood films I've seen worse than Transformers and Dark of the Moon.

But the TF movies don't even have big budgets compared to most other movies in the genre.

The thing is, D&D is a rip-off of Tolkien. Not disparaging it, I love me some DnD, but just sayin.

ROTF fine. ROTS? I wonder what movies would make their best list? While my favorite "A Clockwork Orange" would certainly be on it I bet It'd be filled with a bunch of old boring black & white snoozers. Not that I really like more than 2 or 3 of the movies on this here worst list.. they're all pretty much trash. I don't care for the slow stammering drawl of Forest Gump but they obviously added him to pick on poor Forest I mean, he's such an easy target the dork that he is.. that guy is an atomic wedgie waiting to happen. Like a white Urkel with half the smarts and cheaper shoes.

Forrest Gump is a bit pretentious but I wouldn't call it a worst film.

Considering some of the actual gems mentioned as being on the list, I had to check it and see if Aliens was on there. Fortunately for their immortal souls, it was not.

I hardly think all three of the TF movies deserve to be on this list. ROTF maybe, but not the others. I wonder where they are getting the ideas for their list?

By that metric alone, Avatar would be the greatest movie made in the past decade since it stomped Revenge of the Fallen into the dirt by making nearly as much money locally than Transformers 2 did when combining local and overseas gross.

While I loved that movie, I can say that it isn't the best ever made, or even the best one from it's director's résumé by a long shot. What the best and worse movie ever is will always vary from person to person; my best ever movie is Aliens, my worst ever movie is Green Lantern.

Highlander 1 opened to critical panning and low box office is why. It's one of my favourite films of all time, but a DVD special edition I have of it has a load of supplementary material in the extras and has some previews/reviews and box office numbers included.

Star Trek 6 is probably the best Star Trek film ever made, ahead of IV:TVH and II:TWOK.

Also, I CANNOT understand the distain Waterworld garners, sure it was an overbudget film plagued with problems during production, but its not a bad film by any stretch of the imagination. In fact the underwater sequence is absolutely fantastic, one of the best examples of a film depicting a post apocalyptic world.

I kinda agree that ROTF is a pretty bad film. But I thoroughly enjoyed the first and DOTM. Eh.

    Edit
Lastly everyones opinion of a 'bad' film will vary. Personally I find Kung Fu Panda is one of the worst films ever made. Not just because it depicts a highly stereotyped fortune cookie version of China, it basically promotes the idea that you can be lazy, fat, undisciplined, unfocused, just plain crap, and still magically succeed.
