To be totally honest, I'm one of the people who think the movie forum should be temporarily locked until we start hearing information from official sources about TF4. At this point all the activity in this forum is nothing more than just "I want THIS character to be in TF4 because...", spam posting about random things (I.E. this thread's topic about the bank truck possibly being Payload) that have more value in the memory space they take up more than what can be gained from discussion about such topics, and the spreading of false rumors being passed off as legit leaked info.

There is no point in trying to keep the forum alive in this non-movie period when there's not really anything of substance worth discussing, now is there?

Well, there are still bits in the movies no one has seen, and there are plenty of opinion discussions, especially among the fans of these movies, like me.

If you want this forum locked, just get out of here. It can't hurt you.

Now that you mention it, Swindle actually makes more sense for Con-human dealings than Soundwave. Soundwave is more the type to command/direct Decepticon agents, humans would be beneath him and like the average TFilm Con he'd kill them like that whether they'd be useful or not. Swindle is very apt as he's the Destro of the Decepticons: he'd sell out his own army's body components for profit to anyone, even his own enemies; he isn't ruthless enough to keep them as his clients, he has his Decepticon mates to do it for him.

Yeah, it could have worked better with Swindle running human agents. It'd be similar to what he did in the IDW comics: Swindle was revealed to have created a market of successful businessmen, dependent on him for success and unable to go anywhere else.
