So basically Galactus can create a black hole, recreate any world that Unicron has eaten to exact detail, bring stuff back to life, and all sorts of things. Cosmic Awareness on a universe level means he knows what everything goddamn is. Omniscience, like the Abrahamic God. Unicron transformed into a planet? Sure, Galactus nows that and isn't falling for no ruse. Then he proceeds to curbstomp Unicron with the Power Cosmic.

Galactus is a total badass.

If Unicron ate Galactus, Galactus would simply eat Unicron from the inside out like a cancer. Unicron is just a really big Transformer. Galactus is an elemental force of the Universe.
