Well if they would remade the films we had more autobots and decepticons and we would see overload in robot mode.

Me-thinks they should've appeared in the Foundry, would've made some sense atleast. Mixmaster could possibly replace Scalpel's role as Doctor too. And Optimus could've totally had an epic fight with them after dispatching Megatron and Starscream and get wasted. Them having individual voices = Dream come true. I could imagine Mixmaster having a Tom Hardy-esque Bane voice. Him or Long Haul.

There's no guarantee that a reboot/remake would give us more robot characters. And there's also no guarantee that Overload would be in a reboot/remake.

If reboots have proven anything in the past, it's that they (try to) correct things that have been complained about in previous films. And while there are people out there who want more robot characters in Bayformers, the lion's share of comments seems to be that they want fewer characters in order to focus on them more. And that's one of the major things I can picture a potential reboot/remake doing in order to differentiate between it and Bayformers. Changing the tone, changing the overall design aesthetic, different characters and fewer robot characters.

However, with all of that being said, that is no guarantee either. Who knows? They could end up giving us even more robot characters than Bayformers already crammed in there. Oh gosh...
