Lets put of love for transformers to the side, Flash wins. As a huge comic fan, there are MANY feats to why flash could defeat him

This would be a cool fight to watch. I'm going to say Optimus would win if he just shot him with his big gun, but Optimus doesn't harm humans and it makes the decision more difficult.

it does but, just imagine if he turns into Nemesis Prime and i think the flash would have been gone to canada and back if they were in chicago before prime loaded his gun

and it would cool to watch

Prime generally doesn't turn into Nemesis Prime. They're separate characters.

Honestly? It would likely all happen too fast for the human eye to catch.
