Assuming a Beast Wars movie were to follow the Bayformers continuity; I doubt that would be possible. The Bayformers are clearly on the verge of total extinction, and Maximals and Predacons are evolutions in the species. Prime Megatron tries to summon the greatest Megatron from across dimensions to help him defeat the Autobots, but accidentally summons Majin Zarak, so the Prime Autobots bring in help in the form of the BW crew.
