Tough choice.

Frenzy, I found to be rather amusing. Ravage had an awesome design. Laserbeak was a creepy assassin.

But in the end, my vote goes to Laserbeak simply because he was portrayed the best.

With the machines Frenzy transforms into, it's no surprise that Frenzy is one of Soundwave's assassins just like he was in the comics and the GI cartoon.
