Why does Starscream always have to die like a bitch?

Not just DOTM but almost all Transformers continuities. And 90% of the time, it's not even Megatron aka Galvatron who destroys him.

DOTM, TF Animated and Transformers G1 are excellent examples.

I don't know with Galvatron it was actually kind of cool because Starscream had been asking for it for a very long time. I mean come on even as kids I'm sure we all wondered why Megatron never blasted the weaselly back stabber.

Plus in so many of the continuities all they can do is get rid of his physical body since his spark lives on without a body. Blast his body to tiny bits and he just keeps turning up. About the only character who can top that was Waspinator since Waspintor should have been killed several times over but he always came back from repairs.

Movie Starscream I'll give you that one since it was super lame to have the no no no no no no no kid kill him.

um maybe because he is a winney little bitch, and desirves it. Bitches go out like bitches nuf said.

Well, how do you expect him to die? For me, Starscream getting his head blown off by the guy he thought he had beat has always been appropriately ironic end. Spending his whole life stabbing Decepticon backs and regarding humans as mere insects just to get killed in battle against some Autobot just seems weird.

Personally, the only changes I'd make to Screamer's death in DotM would be to have a few lines about contempt for/superiority over Sam and humans as a whole earlier in the film (i.e. in Africa and/or DC) and to not show it in the damn trailer.

I will say though... Starscream lasted a whole lot longer in battle unlike Soundwave, Shockwave, Barricade and Megatron. He at least deserves props for that.

A well thought out response, I'm certain. I don't get the correlation with Winnie the Pooh, though, and I didn't realize that poor Pooh was a bitch, as you so eloquently put it.

Starscream endures. Blast him to nothingness and his spark remains.
