Which Avenger best suits Optimus Prime?

Three of the Avengers bear SOME similarity to Optimus Prime (please note the SOME):

Iron Man - eyeball-gouging, monster-engaging show-stealing hero

Capt America – war hero, red/blue décor, antagonist of Hugo Weaving

Thor – royalty from another world, possessed with divine power, brother of the antagonist

I left out the Hulk. Because I know he’d have gotten the most votes.

Anyway I voted Thor, because it seemed to be the most fitting to me.

Captain America because Iron Man is just like Bumblebee.

None of the Avengers are even remotely like Optimus Prime.

Captain America easily. He's honorable and noble, but he's also willing to play dirty if he needs to be, even though he's against it. People tend to think he's a boy scout, which he is to a degree, but people forget he's also a soldier. He killed Nazis left and right during World War II, not to mention Skrulls in "Secret Invasion," despite him against killing, he's not against it if the cause is just. He's also inspirational and charismatic, even to those who could easily overpower him and are his physical superiors.

Cap won't abandon his own country? He's quit being Captain America before during his Nomad and Captain phases, because he felt the system was broken. Left the government, worked just for the people, when they were needed.

(edit) incorrect info deleted for clarity (edit) however I will say sounds like from your other post there he actually started working for the country when he worked for the people and not the govt.

Of the People.
By the People.
And for the People.

Has an Avenger ever ripped a person's face off?

Well, without knowing it was a rubber mask?

Sacrifice them? Didn't you hear Leadfoot state that they landed in the Atlantic Ocean? It took Sam and Epps till the next day to reach there, let alone the guys in the ocean. They never would have made it in time to stop the city's destruction.
