Possible Megatron Survival theory

It could be done, in any number of ways or macguffins, but SHOULD it be done? No. That trivializes the conflict and it's resolution in the first three films, stagnates the state of the film franchise, and delegitimizes death as an event in the films, especially when it's inconsistent and other characters die and stay dead.

Maybe in the BayVerse it's Megatron that has the immortal spark rather than Starscream. You can 'kill' it and it can fade away for a time, but it will always come back.

So Prime has to deal with getting the Dinobots to fall in line while trying to save Earth again! Lastly, with the Xyanthium destroyed Omega Supreme finally shows up taking the form of whatever new experimental spacecraft that a private corporation has invented now that NASA is out of the loop.

That's actually a really good idea!!

Actually a really good idea. With the way Michael Bay and crew have set up the movie-verse, I don't think they can ever introduce a kid, but the rest would work fine(though I would put Unicron's inner robot closer in size to Devastator than Metroplex)

If Megatron survived, I don't care how or who brought him back, I would stand up in the theater, throw popcorn at the screen and person in from of me, get dragged out as I curse out Micheal Bay, and then get a freaking refund.

Oh wait no. I probably wouldn't even go see it in the movie theater. Come on people. Megatron is old news and he already has been brought back to life 2 times.

I wouldn't mind though if he turned into Galvatron because of Unicron. Now that would be a different story.

That's.....actually not a bad idea. But Megagtron's died twice already, and in the mOst disappointing ways. I just don't think could handle a third movie where Megatron is under used, and then dies after putting up no fight.

This. The movieverse character might as well be called Mega-Chump for all the cheques he's written that have bounced.

Introduce a villain the whole audience can despise and similarly get the audience to root for the Autobots.
