TF4 based off TFP???
So yeah i dont know if theres a thread like this already but with Nick getn ready to help produce Transformers 4 and Goodman saying they wanted a more family oriented adventure and more comedy is it very possible or likely the movie will be like Transformers Prime just brought to live action??? If so will it be a good idea??

No. TF Movies are TF Movies. TFP is TFP. Even if they did make a live-action TFP movie (which I doubt they could pull off), it wouldn't be TF4. Different continuities.

Not really man.

If it was rated PG, the humor will be downgraded, the action scenes will be downgraded tremendously(hope I spelled that right.) The movie just wouldn't be the same.
