Will Megatron corpse and soundwave and Scarscream and Shockwave ect be dumped back into the Ocean. Or will they do a Monty Python, holy grail and shout Bring out your Dead and dump them all on a trailer.. And sell them for scrap..
Considering how dumping them in the ocean backfired so badly last time it'd be dumb to do it again. Personally I thought it was dumb the first time around. Dismantle them down to the smallest components and then crush them. Then melt those pieces. Just to be sure. It's the intelligent solution. But people aren't intelligent (especially people in movies where keeping bad shit laying around usually means it'll come back to life later and bite them in the arse) and no doubt the government would keep the bodies and study them for tech. Probably in secret and without telling the Autobots. Dumping them into the ocean was dumb before but I'd have also thought they'd have kept them for study first.

I'd imagine that they either plan to take them apart to study them further, or either melt them down and use the metal to make new weapons, ammunition, resources etc.
Maybe they'll melt them down, and use the pieces to make factories that will make miniature models of factories. OR! They could use them to build reproduction G1 Transformer toys!
The degree of destruction doesn't seem to matter. If a writer wants a character back, it will be back. The opposite is true of those they don't like. Oops--a paint scratch on the side. Too bad, it shorted out their spark and they are gone for good.
They would melt them, Optimus would't not allow the humans to study the pieces, assuming to get the technology behind the weapons.
