Oh. Gosh. The awesomeness, it hurts. Dalton gets my vote.

Then again, if Bay is at the helm and Dalton (with his British accent) voices Megatron, I can just picture the racial accusations pertaining to Bay depicting the British as evil people. Or something just as ludicrous.

You know David Kaye has doen a great impersonation of Sir Patrick Stewart when he voiced Professor Xavier in X-men Evolution, so it's not much of a stretch.

    Jim Cummings.

(Even if not Megatron, this guy seriously needs to be part of the Transformers lore. Again.)

    I don't think so. :p

Though his voice would be pretty sick as Alpha Trion or Ultra Magnus.

Agreed. Such a talented VA and - although he has one of those voices that "you hear everywhere" (which isn't a bad thing) - I'd kill to have his generic, tough guy Cortez/Razoul voice as Megatron. Cummings and Clancy Brown are the two VAs who haven't voiced Megatron who definitely should.

    Damn Straight.

Seriously he started his career around the time of G1 and only got to voice some limbs and that's it.

I'd love see Jim Cummings voice RID Scourge in a Jeremy Irons esque voice since he sang half of Be Prepared in the Lion King.

Bender. It will be like the 2nd time Megatron has been voiced by a Futurama Voice actor, as well as the Juggernaut & The Joker. He should sound both like Darkseid, & and Weaving put together.

    Bill Nighy!!!

Imagine him saying, in robot voice, "Do you fear death, Optimus?" :D

For some reason I can't imagine Patrick Stewart as Megatron/Galvatron...

I some more people in mind for Megatron.

Jonathan Adams (Kang the Conqueror in the Avenger's Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Galactus in Marvel vs Capcom 3, Atrocitus in Green Lantern the Animated series)

Or Rick D. Wasserman (Thor, Absorbing Man on the Avenger's Earth Mightiest Heroes, Hulk in Planet Hulk, Nicholai Ginoveaf in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City.)

    Anyone?

Hells yeah! I remember his role in Highlander as "Kurgan"! He wouldn't even need his voice altered.

Scottie Ray. He was AWESOME as The Shredder in the 2003 Ninja Turtles cartoon. If you see it, you'll know what I mean.
