Characters to return.

Sorry for the thread making lately. Just wanted to know what Autobots are expected to come back for Transformers 4. Optimus and BB are confirmed I know. I also know it's a reboot. Does that mean that the others probably won't be back?

Main Question:
Which Bots are expected to be back in TF4 since it is a reboot.

It's not a reboot, it's more of a re-start: Still follows the exact same chronology, but on a new setting, with new characters and villains [which could mean a prequel, a film set on Cybertron, or just a movie set some time in the future where the Status Quo changed in some way].

That said, no character is conffirmed to return, but I'd like to see Ratchet once more.

well one of the producers did said that characters that are sure going to be in it are Optimus and Bumblebee (thus we do have characters confirmed)

I never knew it was a reboot, I always thought it was going to be a reimagining or reimaging or whatever the hell, Lorenzo said. I'm not even sure if Lorenzo said it, hopefully I got it right though.....

when i re-searched the word re-iamgining it said this

Re-imagining - definition of Re-imagining by the Free Online Dictionary, Thesaurus and Encyclopedia.

but he did stated it does have a bit of continuty with the previous films

So its a synonym for reboot

Yet he changed the definition, so it can mean that its in the same continuity. Well that sucks.

even nelson said its not a reboot, but most of my re-search for he word re-imagining leads me to Reboot and Remake
