Astrotrain would be harder to pull off in the movie universe because of the no mass shifting rule. The space shuttle and a train engine just aren't close enough in mass and size to pull off without the use of mass shifting.

Astrotrain also has the problem of his alt modes are limited in the real world. You just don't see the space shuttles flying around it's either a trip up on boosters or a glide back to Earth. Train mode means he's limited to places with railroad tracks.

If I can make Astrotrain work in realistically without Mass Shifting so can Hollywood. It's not Hard.
Also the fact that Astrotrain can go off the Rails adds to his mobility. Plus he never seems like the "Stay incognito" type anyway.

Blitzwing I can see as being very doable for a film. I'd rather have the original idea of Bitzwing though, the quintesson-like version of Animated (thought he was quite humorous in TFA). I would for the film, having Blitzwing had 3 different 'faces' and personality would lose some of his... presense and massiveness.
Astrotrain.... hmm. Thing is, he flew in the cartoon like a normal plane in shuttle mode. The mass shifting could be a little tricky, unless his shuttle mode was for cargo of a different sort, something along the lines of mini-cons or something along those lines, and NOT "normal sized" Transformers.

I'd absolutely love a Blitzwing! I think he was only one of the few Animated figures I considered getting, and if he is based off of the Animated version I would most certainly welcome him even more!

Just to get an idea for the huge mass shifting Blitzwing would have to do, here's the dimensions of the tank and jet he was based off of. The Russian T-54 and the Mig-25...

Blitzwing will have to do some creative shifting to really be a triplechanger. Michael Bay tends to side with "realism" more than the fantasy mass shifting in the cartoons, so I just don't know how it would be possible.

if he's like he was in TFA then yes i says thix becuse it was the split personality that made him scan a tank and a jet. plus i'd love to see a transformer fighting with himself agian. And Lugnut needs to be with him though
