Methodic Doubt is a film, TV & video game music provider - usually for trailers but sometimes soundtracks/scores - and they done everything from Transformers to Green Lantern to X-Men to The Girl With The Dragoon Tattoo and TONS more. Sometimes they license their music to film studios, but often they are commissioned or have existing music bought outright. What that means is that they do offer free & paid downloads of a lot of their material via their website, Soundcloud & Bandcamp pages, but a lot of music like the track in question - "Striving Stutter" - is exclusive to that particular trailer and owned by Paramount, Long story short: you'll never get it unless Paramount releases it.
