DotM Razzie Nominations 2012

TF3's nomination for the Razzies is pure retardation.

I will be the first to hold my hands up and admit that TF3: DoTM is not the best film out there. But by the same token, it's far from being the worst either.

There are a whole list of films that are many, many times worse than TF3.

Put it simply, I believe TF3 merits at least a 4 or 5 on a scale of 10. Shouldn't the Razzies be nominating films that score 1s or 2s out of 10 instead? (and there are plenty of those)

Which brings us to the most important question - is TF3: DoTM bad because it really is that bad, or is it bad simply because it didn't fit with people's tastes ?

I have no issue with people like you who hate DoTM. I understand it was not your cup of tea, and you're within your rights to hate it. But it's a shame that people like you lack the intelligence to respect others' tastes in return, and will always see a need to 'convert' them to your side.

The fact that you feel an urge to go on a road trip, and assault people just to make them accede to your opinion about a movie (!!), speaks volumes about your qualities as an individual.

Michael Bay should win worst director just because he likes to take a cool idea and turn it into the lowest common denominator with lots of explosions. Re: Teenage Alien Ninja Turtles.

At least this TF3 was a lot better than TF2.. which was painful to watch. TF3 was enjoyable. Did TF2 win lots of razzies?? haha.

Ah yes that film which his production company is producing and he misspoke meaning the ooze that makes them mutant was made by the Utrons I belive. This Alien Turtle controversy is now dead horse dust.

If you mean the best at being the worst, yes, you are right. This pile of turd makes Green Lantern look like Batman Begins. The best movie of the summer was easily Thor.

At least Hunger Games had good acting, a good plot, etc.

BTW, Avatar sucks too, but it is still far better than any of the Transformers movies. At least Avatar had a plot, even if it was a ripped off one. DOTM had nothing but contradictions to the previous 2 movies.

Okay, which part do you want me to explain? Is it because the acting was piss poor? Is it because they just wrote Megan Fox out and replaced her with a different girl that has the same level of acting skills (which is none at all) without any real reason? It's more they kept it lazy and kept the same script, but just added one comment to say she dumped himi? Or do you want me to go into the whole lack of Autobots in the movie? How about the lack of any consistent plot? Or what about the "plot" completely contradicts what was done in the previous movies? Should I explain the complete dumbness of that magically floating buliding? What about that the movie just ripped off "Megatron's Master Plan" and "The Ultimate Doom," only made it really retarded? Then you have Sentinel Prime and his stupid twist. Oh, and then you have Ironhide, who gave his life and was never even mentioned again. Autobots that "faked" their shuttle launch. Starscream being killed by Sam. Megatron taking it up the ass of every character in the entire series. These movies should have been called, "Megatron is Everyone's Bitch" Trilogy. He is owned by the humans in the first movie, he is then suddenly a servant to the Fallen in the second movie, but he is actually a servant to Sentinel Prime in the third movie, and then let's cardboard with blonde hair tell him off and he does not kill her. How about how quick the actual fight scenes between the Autobots and Decepticons were? Last I checked, these movies were called TRANSFORMERS, not, HUMANS VS THE DECEPTICONS THAT SOMETIMES FEATURES AN AUTOBOT OR TWO. Actually, to make it simpler, Dark of the Moon was just flat out BORING!!!!

I think I can hear the entire fabric of my life violently dying...
